Where are you located? We are located in Sandpoint Idaho.

What are your hours of operation? We are located in the Pacific Standard Time zone. Appointments are required for in purpose visits as well as phone calls, these can be scheduled with us through email. We are typically available between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Sundays.

Do you offer a health guarantee? Yes, we offer a 2 year genetic health guarantee (restrictions apply). You can read our health guarantee by clicking here.

Do you deliver or ship? We do offer the option of delivery, depending on location. Please inquire by clicking the button below to send us an email.

How much are your puppies and do you charge sales tax? Please click here to link to our Purchase Information.

What forms of payment do you accept? For your convenience we offer credit card processing and accept Visa and Master Card. However if you will be picking up your puppy in person, cash is always preferred.

When is my final balance due? You balance is due for in person pick up, the day you pick up your puppy. If we are delivering or you are receiving your puppy by flight nanny, we require your payment at least one week prior to your puppy leaving us.

How many dogs do you have? Not nearly enough! All our poodles and doodles live with us in our home. Yes, we are “those” crazy dog people, ha. We love each of then and their individual personalities you will usually find them at the hip, feet or lap of one of our family member.

Do you offer stud service? Not at this time.

Do you dock tails and remove dewclaws? Yes and no, we do have our vet remove dewclaws. Also, we do dock tails on our poodles however, we keep them natural on our doodles.

Do you offer breeding rights? Yes. However, we are very selective about which puppies we offer with breeding rights and who we give breeding rights to. If this is something that you are interested in, you can click the link below to email us for more information.

Do you Health Test your dogs? Yes, we have had full genetic health panels performed, as well as, coat/color tested all of our breeding dogs, helping us to make the best pairings for healthy and beautiful puppies. Copies of these test results can be provided. ​Should you choose to perform additional genetic testing on your puppy (including breed identification, genetic, coat and/or color), we specifically exclude the product of those test results and shall not be held responsible in any way. This includes the presence of 1 or 2 copies of CDDY-IVDD or CDPA as these 2 genes are found in 85-90% of small breeds including toy and miniature poodles!
